AI Workflow Scorecard
Score one operational workflow across seven dimensions. The result is an indicative readiness band, not an automated ROI claim.
How to score one workflow
Pick a single workflow before you open the questions. A useful candidate is work the business already does every day, with a visible cost when it is slow or wrong. Examples that fit this site’s solution pages include lead follow-up, a support queue, document intake, a recurring report, or the way staff search internal knowledge. A vague theme such as “use AI somewhere in operations” cannot be scored, because the dimensions ask about a specific process.
Answer from the current state, not from the pilot you hope to run. Value is the cost of the status quo. Repetition is how often the same steps occur. Data readiness is whether the inputs already exist in a system you can use. Integration feasibility is whether the result can meet the systems of record without replacing them. Risk and oversight ask what happens if the output is wrong, and who must review it. Organizational readiness asks whether the people doing the work can change the process.
The band at the end is indicative. It is not an ROI calculation and it does not authorize a build. A strong band means the workflow is worth a facilitated look. A weak band means the constraint is probably ownership, data, or risk, and buying a tool will not remove it. If you want that look done with your team, apply for an Opportunity Review and bring the score with you.
